We're seeking a Logistics Solution Sales Executive for SAP and Digital Supply Chain Solutions to help grow our already expansive footprint within North America. This role is designed for the true strategist, influencer, negotiator and communicator with a keen ability to build and maintain relationships while consistently monitoring the market and identifying new opportunities. Are you looking to advance your career in SAP and Logistics Solutions sales? The Logistics Solution Sales Executive will play an integral role as part of our national team - from facilitating initial conversations to uncovering business opportunities with Fortune 1000 organizations. You are responsible for successully selling our Supply Chain Management and Execution solutions and services in North America.
The ideal candidate must feel comfortable with the following:
- A consultative sales role that primarily engages with C-level executives and line-of-business managers
- Creating and executing a comprehensive go-to market plan for targeting and uncovering business within key Fortune 1000 clients.
- Uncover, identify and qualify business opportunities including lead generation; coordinate complex decision-making processes while overcoming objections to closure
- Own entire sales process from prospecting to closing business.
- Prepare for meetings and tailor communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
- Work closely with our Marketing Team to develop initiatives and campaigns and position cbs America to win new business within the accounts by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific value proposition
- Ensures opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in our CRM system, providing weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to the cbs America Management Team.
- Attend conferences and industry related events as requested.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our Supply Chain Execution services and solutions.
Here's the profile we're looking for:
- Strong experience selling Supply Chain Execution solutions and services
- Proven Transportation & Logistics process experience
- Go-to-Market sales plan for existing SAP and key customer relationships
- Proven ability to prospect, build lists, cold call and create new sales opportunities
- Proven record of success achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals
- Understand the buying process in large corporates and how to navigate the decision maker network to close business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, sales, negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- The position can be Home Office based
- Bachelor’s Degree or formal training in sales techniques, marketing or business
